ATPL.APP

Terms of service

The terms for using ATPL.app’s public website and study resources, including permitted use, content limitations and your rights.

Who these terms cover

These terms cover the public ATPL.app website and its free reading material. “We”, “us” and “our” mean the operator of ATPL.app. “You” means the person using the website. The operator is based in Germany.

To confirm before publication: the operator’s full legal name, postal address and registration details where required. The effective date must also be confirmed.

What is available now

You can read the public Knowledgebase, Pilot Guides and other website content without an account. Study accounts, question practice, mock exams and paid access are not currently offered through this website.

A description of a planned feature is not a promise of a release date or availability. Before we offer paid access, we will provide the applicable price, access period, payment terms, cancellation process and information about refunds and any statutory withdrawal rights.

Using the material

You may read the material and use it for your personal study. Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners. Keep any attribution or rights notices when using material in a way the law permits.

Unless the law allows it or the rights holder gives permission, you must not reproduce or distribute substantial parts of the content, resell it, or publish it as your own question bank or course. These terms do not restrict lawful quotation or other statutory exceptions.

Do not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass security controls, access data without permission, or use automated requests in a way that disrupts access for other readers.

Study support and its limits

The material supports learning. It is not an approved training course, operational flight guidance or a guarantee that you will pass an exam. ATPL.app does not issue pilot licences or certificates and does not claim endorsement by an aviation authority.

Requirements and procedures can change, and content can contain errors. Follow your training organisation’s syllabus and your instructor’s guidance. Confirm licensing requirements with the relevant authority. Use approved aircraft documents and current operational information for flight planning and flying.

Availability and changes

We may update, correct or remove public material and interrupt access for maintenance or security reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access to the free website. We may restrict access where needed to address misuse or protect the service.

When these terms change, we will publish the revised text and its effective date. Changes will not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in place.

To confirm before publication: the governing law and dispute process appropriate to the operator’s country and intended markets. Any final clause must preserve mandatory consumer protections and access to courts where the law provides it.

Questions or concerns

If you report a content error, include the page address, the passage in question and any source that helps explain the correction. Email support@atpl.app.
