A session result tells you how many answers were correct. Your review is where you can ask what those answers actually tell you about your understanding.

## A correct answer can still deserve a second look

Suppose you narrow a question to two options and choose the correct one. Before moving on, try to explain why the other option does not fit. If you cannot, mark the concept for review even though the result was correct.

That habit gives your next session a better starting point than the score alone.

## Turn a mistake into a specific task

“Revise navigation” leaves a lot to decide. “Draw the difference between heading and track in a crosswind” gives you a concrete piece of work.

Keep a short note of the concept, the part of your reasoning that failed, and the resource you will use next. You do not need to rewrite every question into a notebook.

## Finish by choosing the next objective

End a session with one decision: what will you revisit next time? Then read the relevant training material, explain the idea in your own words, and practise again.

Our [study planning guide](/guides/atpl-study-plan) helps you organise that routine. Use the [Knowledge hub](/knowledge) to find the subject guide that fits your next study objective.
